The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To quash the memo No. 542 dated 1.7.2023 (which part relates to the petitioner) issued by the Director Primary Education whereby and where under the petitioner was transferred from Block Education Office Dighwara Saran to Block Education Office Lahladpur Saran.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar/concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass appropriate order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
