2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 16.7.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43852 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order 16.7.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43852 of 2025 but in said bail petition, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner has mistakenly being mentioned as one criminal antecedent as the petitioner was having no criminal antecedent.

4. In view of the above, the Paragraph no. 7 clause (ii) is modified to the extent as indicated below:- (ii) Before accepting the bail-bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66403 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 the petitioner, the Court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent then his bail bonds shall be accepted and if the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then his bail bonds shall not be accepted.

5. It is made clear that rest part of the order dated 16.7.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43852 of 2025 shall remain the same.
