Petitioner is accused in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 547 of 2018 registered under Sections 30/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the recovery has been made from the joint family property. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67700 of 2019(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 11th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 547 of 2018.
