2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased. There is no cogent material to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. on the basis of suspicion.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna /concerned Court below in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
