JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 17.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 73915 and later on by order dated 26.3.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 4120 of 2019 application for bail of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of minor informant, who was subjected to rape by the petitioner and others.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and other co-accused persons have been granted bail and petitioner is in custody for one year and charge has been framed in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61916 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 In view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since the charge has been framed in this case, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
