2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 117 (3) , 117 ( 4 ), 74, 352, 251 ( 2 ) and 3

(5) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Chandan Kumar alleged that on 26.10.2024 , petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 were throwing garbage on wall of informant, upon protest

No.68029 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/3 by informant, all the the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners and 5 unknown persons came and started assaulting informant, petitioner No. 3 assaulted with iron rod and caught hair of mother of informant and thrashed her on ground and also misbehaved with mother and aunt of informant. It is further alleged that accused persons assaulted other family members of informant as well.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that dispute arose between the parties over throwing of garbage which was followed by maarpeet in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Dehri ( Rohtas ) in connection with Dehri ( T ) P.S. Case No. 699 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under
