The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 376 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 412, 413, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 19.12.2018 at 12.53 hours, five miscreants entered into his shop one by one. Four of them were holding pistol in their hands. They took Parmanand Kumar (staff of informant) in their custody. Two of them pointed pistol upon the informant. They assaulted the informant with pistol on his head, as a result of which he became injured. The accused persons tied the hand and leg of the informant as well as his staff with plastic tape. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. FIR is against unknown. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedent and there are six cases pending against this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
