JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard Sri Surendra Kumar, learned counsel who was assisted by Sri Ganesh Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Sharda Kumari , learned A.P.P. The petitioner has prayed for quashing of an order dated 11.9.2013 passed in Sessions Trial No. 356 of 2011 arising out of Mahnar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2001 by the learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 5th , Vaishali at Hajipur. By the said order petition filed under section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge of the petitioner has been rejected. I do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order.

The petition stands dismissed.

Keeping in view fact that offence has taken place long

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45086 of 2013 (5) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 back while dismissing the petition the trial court is directed to take all steps for early disposal of the case. Let a copy of this order be sent to the court below forthwith.
