Mr. Kumar Priya Ranjan, the learned counsel for the Union of India submits that the direction of the Division Bench contained in order dated 01/07/2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8982 of 2022, has been complied with and the concerned authority has disposed off the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order.

There is no reason to continue with this contempt petition, which is consigned and disposed off, giving liberty to the petitioner that if she is not satisfied with the order passed by the concerned authority disposing off her representation, she may challenge it before the appropriate authority, if so desired.
