The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.91 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have received injuries. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
