2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second time for bail of the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on 15.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 23358 of 2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70146 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 again rejected.

5. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial expeditiously.
