2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or an appropriate writ, order or
Patna High Court CWJC No.16395 of 2022(3) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 orders, direction or directions commanding the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment over public land appertaining to Tauzi No. 8919 Khata no. 352, S.P. No. 707 having an area of 4 Kattha 11 Dhurs, Situated at MauzaTekniwas, Thana No. 273, Circle-Rivilganj, Saran as it is registered in the name of Government for the purpose of the development of the petitioner (Institution), and further the petitioner also prays for other reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the law."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counter-affidavit shows that the proceeding has been initiated by the respondent.
4. In that background, liberty be granted to approach the Court afresh as and when situation so arise.
5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
