3. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 09.10.2012 passed in CWJC No. 656 of 2008, has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to any error in the calculation made with regard to payment, it shall be open to him to file an appropriate representation before the competent authority pointing out such calculation error. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the authority concerned shall get the matter verified from the records and pass a reasoned order within three weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If anything further is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next three weeks.
