Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 563 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the bank of river Sone, which is an open place. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
