2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7599 of 2018, wherein, this Court had passed the

Patna High Court MJC No.3806 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/3 following order:

"In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the decision of this Court as indicated hereinabove within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and extend the same benefit to the petitioner, if it is found covered by the decision in L.P.A. in view of the litigation policy of the State Government."

3. Opposite Party No. 6 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph no. 8, it has been stated as under: "8. That after receiving the representation along with order of this Hon'ble Court the answering opposite party has considered the grievance of the petitioner and found that the petitioner was appointed on 31.12.1999 and as such he is not entitled for grant of Senior Scale in view of order passed by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna contained in memo no. 432 dated 20.04.2020. Accordingly the claim of petitioner was rejected by reasoned order and communicated the same vide memo no. 959 dated 18.05.2020."

4. On perusal of paragraph 8 of the show cause

Patna High Court MJC No.3806 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2025 3/3 filed by the O.P. No. 6, I find that the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7599 of 2018 has been complied with by the respondents.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
