JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.05.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9548 of 2014, wherein, the petitioner was allowed provisional pre-arrest bail with condition to pay Rs.750/- per month to his wife-opposite party no. 2 but she has performed the re-marriage but by filing the counter affidavit, opposite party no. 2 has denied the same. As such, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise his grievance before the trial court in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as
