The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2003 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 406, 420, 307, 379, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners as per the complaint petition is that there is labour dispute case with the complainant in the Labour court and after coming out of the labour court he has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20900 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 2/3 assaulted the complainant and also snatched some money. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner no.1 is a lady and resident of Merath and the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are employees of the company and whatever dues has to be settled by the labour court and a criminal case has been lodged with intention to put pressure on the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the complainant, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that dues has not been paid and he has assaulted the informant and money has been snatched..
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above , let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.C.N. 2003 of 2017/Trial No.1948 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With following conditions :
(i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.

(iii) The petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the Police, otherwise, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of their bail bond.
