2. The present application has been filed for issuing a direction upon the respondent authorities for proper
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2040 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/3 investigation of Rudrapur P.S. Case No.62 of 2023, dated 16.05.2023 and to take appropriate legal action against the private respondent no.8 to 12 who are the named accused and there is specific allegation against them but they are moving and giving threat to the petitioner and her family members to compromise the case otherwise they well also kill the family members of the petitioner and to grant any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts of the case.
3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted against 8 accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation has been kept pending with regard to other accused persons.
5. The I.O. of Rudrapur P.S. Case No.62 of 2023, is directed to conclude the investigation properly within next three months from today. He will investigate the case and will consider the representation of the informant and if any material is produced by the informant, it shall be considered in the investigation.
6. Petitioner is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani for redressal of her
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2040 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2025 3/3 grievance. If the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, he will consider the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
7. With the aforesaid observation and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
8. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
