The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mithanpura P. S. Case No. 147 of 2019 dated 23.06.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 366 (A), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The physically challenged sister of the informant was taken away by the petitioners on gun-point. The victim girl has given her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in which a statement different story has been narrated but the

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and taking into account that the victim is a physically challenged girl child, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.

The petition is dismissed.
