Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2019. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
