This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kurhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354, 332, 353, 153(A), 323, 295, 295(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considered the submissions of the parties.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons had attacked the police party. Annexure-3 is the order dated 23.01.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 86650 of 2019, by which similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons recorded in order dated 23.01.2020

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68155 of 2022(5) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.86650 of 2019, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st (West), Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
