Patna High Court CWJC No.16062 of 2022(2) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 authorities to remove the encroachment from Tikkapatti Hat, Sub-Division-Dhamdaha having Khata No.1596 and Khesra No.4637, 4642, 4643 and 4644 having an area of 1.48 acres which belongs to the land of Hatt. Sairat (Govt. Land), however the learned counsel for the respondentState has referred to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case to submit that the encroachment in question has already stood removed, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the same.

Having regard to the disputed question of fact involved in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Purnea for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
