JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping daughter of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he married the girl at Ghaziabad and thereafter false case has been filed on the pressure of parents of the victim girl. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she was taken away by the petitioner and she was confined in a room and subjected to rape.

No.20914 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
