1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hariharnath P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024 corresponding to Session Trial No. 804 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 83206 of 2024 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 17.01.2025.

5. After perusing the order dated 17.01.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 83206 of 2024, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, the instant bail application is rejected.
