JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in terms of the order of the Writ Court, the opposites parties have passed the order. He prays that petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the validity of the order contained in Memo No. 1654 dated 10.5.2005 in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. Under the aforesaid circumstances the present proceeding is dropped.
