2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 510 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to the postmortem report annexed with the petition which shows that the deceased died in a rail accident.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68239 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 510 of 2022.
