2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the concerned respondent to institute an FIR against the private respondents, who have capriciously cheated the money from the petitioner on a false pretext.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, at the outset, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, the FIR vide Jogsar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024 has been registered on 23.05.2024 under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the respondent nos. 7 & 8. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous as the relief sought is only for institution of the FIR against the private respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that when the FIR was lodged, the documents annexed with the complaint has not been taken into consideration and the documents have rather been removed.

5. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied to the extent of lodging of the FIR, for the other grievance regarding the respondent authorities not accepting the documents annexed with the complaint petition, the petitioner is directed to furnish the documents to the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur within a month from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhgalpur is directed to receive the documents under due acknowledgment from the petitioner and forward the same to the investigating officer of the case.

6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
