Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No. 413 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that unknown persons armed with deadly weapons came to the house of the informant and tried to open the door and informant tried to flee away but accused Kamlesh fired, that did not hit anybody and on hearing sound of firing one Rahul Kumar and Kamlesh fired indiscriminately due to which Rahul sustained injuries and succumbed to the injuries. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No. 413 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
