Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66626 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022 registered under Sections 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. There is specific allegation against co-accused Braj Mohan Yadav, Jaibodh Yadav, Namod Kumar Yadav and Ajit Kumar. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
