2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, stolen motorcycle and mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They are in custody since 16.05.2024 and have clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Mohania, Kaimur (Bhabhua)/concerned Court below in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 subject to condition that the petitioner no. 1 will mark his attendance at the Kudra Police Station, Kaimur at Bhabua and petitioner no. 2 will mark his attendance at the Kotwali Police Station, District- Munger on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
