2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 376 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, victim has been examined and in her statement recorded under section 161 CrPC she has stated that this petitioner took her to Delhi and committed wrong with her and also threatened to get her obscene photographs viral if she discloses the incident to anyone else. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 22.8.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
