The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 registered under Sections 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of this petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court on 15.06.2021 and 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 3107 of 2021 and 69182 of 2021 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2020.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected twice on merit by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 3107 of 2021 and 69182 of 2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65286 of 2022(3) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 Now, there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
