SINHA) 30-10-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition which is dismissed as withdrawn and the authorities are directed to release the entire retrial dues of the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before respondent no.5, failing which the authorities will have to pay interest at the rate of 9% per annum with effect from 15.11.2002. In case petitioner does not furnish the required documents then the authorities shall be obliged to release the admitted dues to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2268 of 2014 (4) dt.30-10-2015 petitioner within the same time otherwise the rate of interest will again become applicable.
