SINHA) 30-10-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition which is dismissed as withdrawn and the authorities are directed to release the entire retrial dues of the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before respondent no.5, failing which the authorities will have to pay interest at the rate of 9% per annum with effect from 15.11.2002.
