2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 633 of 2022 dated 04.12.2022, lodged under Sections 406, 420 and 379 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the written report, the petitioner and other co-accused took the truck of the petitioner on hire and thereafter, informed him that his truck has been stolen. Subsequently, during investigation, it has come that the petitioner and other accused persons are involved in similar crime. In the District of Sitamarhi, all together 18 trucks have been taken by them. Some of the trucks have been recovered in Chattisgarh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has only introduced the other co-accused for taking the truck on hire. He submits that the petitioner is accused in 14 cases of similar nature. He further submits that the truck taken by the accused persons is still missing.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are 14 cases pending against the petitioner of similar nature.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.

7. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to move for bail after recovery of the truck in question. (Sandeep Kumar, J.) sadique/- U T
