It is informed on behalf of the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, who has been reinstated in service, as would appear from Paragraph Nos. 5 and 6 of the Supplementary Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent/Union of India. After the order of acquittal, the wife of the petitioner (Smt. Nena Devi) was communicated regarding fixation of her family pension, vide Letter No.1535-

Patna High Court CWJC No.15799 of 2012(3) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 40 dated 14.02.2028 and the authority slip has also been issued and communicated to the beneficiary-wife of the petitioner (Smt. Nena Devi).
