2. The petitioner has questioned the correctness of selection of respondent No.9 as Aanganwari Sevika of Centre No. 161 of Ward No. 1 under Gram Panchayat Raj, Baliya, in the district- Aurangabad.

3. Under the guidelines governing selection for the post of Aanganwari Sevika/ Sahaika issued by the Welfare

Patna High Court CWJC No.20409 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 Department, Government of Bihar, the petitioner has remedy of approaching the Child Department Project Officer (CDPO) against selection of respondent No.-9 as Aanganwari Sevika.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner makes an application within 15 days from today before the C.D.P.O. Kutumba Block, Aurangabad, no objection shall be taken on the ground of delaying in filing appeal and the petitioner grievance shall be considered and application shall be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously within period as prescribed under the guidelines.
