2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the order in favour of the petitioner for payment of gratuity has already been passed on 12.10.2018 itself.

3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no option but to dispose of the present contempt petition with liberty to the heir(s) of the petitioner that in case the order of this Court is not complied, he/they may move before the appropriate forum/authority for remaining grievance.
