2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of petty dispute as the parties are neighbours. The petitioner no. 2 and the informant are full brothers and there is case and counter case between the parties in which both sides have sustained injuries. The accusation of

There is delay in institution of the F.I.R. on 16.03.2019 for the alleged occurrence of 01.03.2019. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP on the other hand invites reference to the injury report of the Sudha Devi of the informant's side have sustained grievous injury on her head.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offences alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petition stands dismissed.
