JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16483 of 2017, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur has already passed a reasoned order dated 07.02.2020 rejecting the case of the petitioner, hence, the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 07.02.2020, if so advised, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
