ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018 in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.402 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is against three unknown persons, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by the petitioner who was arrested on suspicion. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade nor has any stolen article been recovered from his possession. Considering the period of custody and apart from the

Case No.402 of 2018.
