As the issue of Shiksha Mitra was subject matter of LPA No. 1569 of 2010, a Full Bench of this Court considering the entire scheme of appointment of Shiksha Mitra and Panchayat Teacher held out that appointment of Shiksha Mitra is now a closed chapter and no indulgence can be granted in the matter of appointment of Shiksha Mitra after 1.7.2006 when the post of Shiksha Mitra ceased to exist and post of Panchayat Teacher came in existence.
