2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maindwara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner had kidnapped the minor granddaughter of the informant.
4. A mentally challenged minor girl was went missing and subsequently, she has been recovered from her mother's house. The petitioner is suspected to have taken her. The

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019.
