The petitioner seeks bail in Kesaria P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

10 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.03.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 11⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional
