The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Krishanagarah Barhara P.S. Case No.484 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased (daughter of informant) is said to have killed the daughter of the informant along with his family members within three months of marriage due to non-fulfillment of demand for dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and have committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.227 of 2023(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 omnibus in nature. He submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner is also involved in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. This application is accordingly, dismissed.
