JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63310 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Chapra, Saran in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
