Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the informant on the pretext of marriage and she became pregnant and thereafter started threatening her. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is ready for D.N.A. test and all the allegations are false and concocted and he has filed a petition before the court below also.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14259 of 2018 (3) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stating that there is direct allegation against him.
