2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2023 and there is recovery of 90 litres of illicit liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail by contending that the petitioner is accused in 8 more cases.

5. Considering the recovery of liquor from his possession and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 79 of 2019.

7. The petitioner will visit Sigori Police Station on every Sunday. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) saurabhkr/- U T
