2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"i. For commanding the respondent authority to quash the letter dated 16.12.2016 issued under the signature of respondent no. 4 whereby and whereunder the notice has been issued to the petitioner to remove the illegal construction made over the land appertaining to Khesra No. 600 area 4 decimal natural of which is pain.

ii. Also for commanding the respondent to give the relief for which the petitioner is found entitled either in eye of law or on facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In the facts of the case, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.6381 of 2017(5) dt.30-01-2024 2/2 dated 16.12.2016 passed in Encroachment Case No. 06 of 201617. The appeal is to be filed within 30 days from today.
