Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15042 of 2022 with a direction to the trial court to expedite and conclude the trial as early as possible.

In compliance of order dt. 1.12.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received and kept at Flag'T'.

The report of learned Addl. District & Sessions JudgeIII, Samastipur dt. 6.12.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within three months.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated time as mentioned in its status report dt. 6.12.2023 , failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
