2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranga Case No. 73/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 61(2), 80 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed the deceased for dowry. From the FIR it appears that the father-inlaw of the victim had informed the informant regarding her treatment at the Sadar Hospital, Purnea.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Learned counsel lastly submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.05.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and from perusal of the post-mortem report it appears that the victim may have committed suicide and that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Maranga P.S. Case No. 73/2025.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands allowed.
